I happen to be one of the many folks I know who cannot eat raw bananas. For some reason, eating a banana can lead to my throat closing up and my writhing in pain, gasping for air. However, I can eat cooked bananas and happen to enjoy banana bread, banana pudding and this Bananas Foster bread pudding that I’ve only had once; and that was in New Orleans.

Anyway, I had a few bananas laying around so I had Zee mash them, added some flour, egg and cinnamon and pan fried them to get these little fritters below. Yum!
